Common questions

Do I need an account to play?

No. Pruno is free and works without signing in. Your empire and progress live on your device. Sign in to Game Center if you want leaderboards and achievements.

Does it really keep earning while I'm away?

Yes — that's the whole idea. Your crew keeps the hustles running while the app is closed, and you collect the banked cash when you come back. Push your luck while you're playing; bank it before the heat boils over.

What is the escape / prestige?

Cashing out your whole empire wipes your operation and restarts you behind harder walls, but with permanent reputation and a fatter multiplier on every future run. It's the loop that keeps Pruno going.

What do gems, No Ads, and the VIP Pass do?

Gems are an optional currency for boosts and packs. No Ads removes ads for good. The VIP Pass is a subscription with ongoing perks, and Free Man is a one-time lifetime unlock. The core game is free and fully playable without any of them.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings inside Pruno and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. No Ads, Free Man, and the VIP Pass will come back; spent consumable gems do not restore.

How do I manage or cancel the VIP Pass?

The VIP Pass is billed by Apple. Manage it in iOS Settings: tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Pruno. You can switch tier or cancel there.

I lost my progress / found a bug. What do I do?

Email us with your device model and iOS version and a short description — screenshots help. We read everything and usually reply within two days.

Your data and privacy

Pruno has no account. Your progress lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. Our privacy policy has the full picture.
