By playing Pruno Match: Prison Escape you agree to these terms.

The game

Pruno Match is a fictional match-3 puzzle game provided by J&B Creations LLC. The prisons, escapes and characters are make-believe. We offer the game as-is and do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Purchases

The game costs nothing to download. Optional purchases include coin packs, stashes, special offers and the Season Pass. Prices are shown before you buy. In the app, Apple or Google charges your store account and their refund policies apply.

On iPhone and iPad in the US you can instead pay on the web: the checkout is run by RevenueCat and Stripe processes the payment, at the same price as in the app, and web purchases include bonus coins as shown before you pay. Web purchases are charged once; nothing renews. For a problem with a web purchase, email joel@jandbcreations.com with your receipt.

Virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives and every other in-game item have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change as we balance the game. You're buying a license to use them inside Pruno Match, not property you own. Items you have used are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

The Season Pass

The Season Pass unlocks the premium reward track for the current season only.

Acceptable use

Please don't cheat, disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the game or its services, including purchases, leaderboards and crews.

Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games, in a cloud copy that comes back when you reinstall or change phones. Without sign-in, deleting the app deletes it unless you have moved it with a transfer code.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Continued play after an update means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided without warranties, and J&B Creations LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
